We take care of all routine maintenance and respond quickly to tenant requests. Our team of contractors can handle everything from minor repairs to major renovations.  We also handle irrigation service and repair as well as select lawn care services.

We monitor and repair a wide range of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, fire, office and IT equipment to make sure your facility is operating as efficiently and safely as possible.

We work with local inspectors and vendors to make sure all life safety inspections are completed and repairs are made as needed to keep you up to code.  

Managing contractors can be a challenge.  We take the hassle out of contractor management by vetting and overseeing the work of trusted professionals. This ensures that your projects are completed on time and within budget, giving you the freedom to focus on other priorities.

We provide a comprehensive maintenance schedule tailored to your needs.  Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance programs can be performed for your facility.

As we know not all spaces are occupied.  We handle all types of vacant space, buildings and facilities.  Making sure inspections are up to date and critical functions are operational.  We can perform services to verify security and operations when no one is there for your peace of mind.  Nothing worse than walking in to lease a space and find a  leaky roof or frozen pipes. But don't worry we'll handle that too.
